Client (Husband) filed motion for contempt of court against Wife for not complying with Judgment and Decree.

Result: The Court ordered Wife to comply with the Judgment and Decree and awarded Husband attorney’s fees.

Long term marriage which included the division of a multi-million dollar estate which included real estate throughout the country.

Result: Successfully negotiated settlement of multi-million dollar estate which included the Wife waiving any claim for spousal maintenance.

Two-day trial over the division of a seven figure marital estate which included numerous real properties in the U.S. and abroad.

Result: Successfully persuaded the Court to deny the Wife’s claim for spousal maintenance. Successfully amended the findings of the district court to include Husband’s receipt of an additional $100,000 equalizer payment. Obtained a judgment in excess of approximately $100,000 against the Wife.
